Shipping & Returns


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The following products may not be returned or exchanged under this policy:

  • All custom products made to your specification.
  • All products on final sale.

Where you return a product not in accordance with our return policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

  • We will not refund or exchange the product.
  • We may retain the returned product until you pay us for the re-delivery of the returned product.
  • If we do not receive payment of the re-delivery fee within 14 days of issuing a request for payment we may dispose of the returned product at our sole discretion without any liability to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We can then evaluate and resolve the issue.


We will refund or credit the full price of any product properly returned to us in accordance with the terms of this returns and exchange policy excluding the original delivery charges, duties, taxes, and the cost of returning the product to us unless a prior agreement is reached.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.  We will process the refund due to you within 14 days of the day we received your returned product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
