Vintage Persian wool Tabriz rug 374cm x 280cm.  Ivory background with all over Safavid flowers in shades of hibiscus and blossom pink, turquoise and aquamarine.  Inspired by a 16th century Shah-Abbassi design.  

Subtle colours and timeless design suit traditional and more transitional styles of decorating. This rug has a distressed low pile and some visible wear which is part of the patina and charm of a unique vintage piece.
